This may be the "Back To The 50s" show but these 60s cars are welcomed with open arms.
A focus on Subaru
Now a high performance manufacturer specializing in 4x4s and with considerable rallying achievement to its name, Subaru’s origins were very different. This division of Fuji Heavy Industry’s first production car was the tiny and odd-looking 360 microcar of 1958, which stayed in production in Japan for 12 years.
Exports worldwide began in the 1970s, but it wasn’t until the 1980s that Subura really established itself; standing out with its permanent four-wheel-drive passenger cars and competition exploits. The Impreza became as much a legend on the road as it was on the rally track and remains the company’s most desirable model with a massive enthusiast following.
