I can't even imagine the firestorm of negative publicity an ad like this would start today. Driving a car in a stream! But what about stream bed erosion? What about the yellow bellied snail darter? We sure didn't, all we wanted to know is if you could drive up a river, and by golly in a Corvair you could! Try THAT with a Cobalt!
