Porsche has unveiled the revised Boxster and Cayman in advance of their public debut at the upcoming LA show.
The two cars feature mildly (very mildly) tweaked styling, the twin-clutch gearbox from the 911 and a fuel-efficient new evolution of its 2.9-litre flat-six engine.
Entry level Boxsters have a 255bhp unit while the Cayman a 265bhp engine. S-badged get the 3.4-litre engine, and deliver a 911-threatening 310bhp and 320bhp. Prices are upped by £1250 – and launch in Europe is expected in February 2009. The Boxster range kicks off at £34,420 and tops out at £45,050 for the Cayman S.
The Panamerica four-door will be unveled on November 24.
