I thought that you would like to know that I have already gotten my new title; it came on Friday, only one day after I drove the car home. I gather that this is probably a one owner car that was stored for some time before you came across it. When I have finished restoring it I will send along a letter and some pictures to let you know what I've done. Bob & Scott, I have had the 1968 Dodge Monaco for about half a year now and it has been museum registered(I can drive it about 30 days a year and the insurance is only about $40 a year. Nobody is controlling how many days I drive it, its like a gentleman's agreement that I keep the driving in that limit). I fixed the minor flaws and rust protected underneath and installed the original wheels & hubcaps. It passed the museum inspection with flying colors, and it was selected in the local Mopar Meet for one of the top 5 cars, in which I received a trophy. Having never purchased a car sight unseen I was uncomfortable, but after talking to the local bankers in your area (where we did the wire transfer) and your reassurance, I'm glad I went through with the purchase. After the delivery, there was some mechanical trouble; but you remedied the problem and all is well. great price on delivery promt and courtious.for $6950.00 great paint and runs out good 289 v8 for that price you are not getting a show room car but you'll still turn heads. Just remember to ask all questions about car Bob will give a straight answer.

BUYING THIS CAR SIGHT UNSEEN WAS TO ME, TAKING QUITE A CHANCE, BOB HAD ASSURED ME THAT IT WAS RUST FREE AND HAD NO BODY WORK DONE TO IT.
