Its finish is further accentuated by an abundance of chrome and brightwork that that gives it a timeless appeal. The interior is also in very good condition, including the headliner, door panels, and carpeting. Under the hood is a recently rebuilt 302 CID V-8, which is mated to a C4 automatic transmission with a Ford 8" rear end. It also features a Mustang II front suspension. Other more recent mechanical updates include the following: Edelbrock 500 carburetor Drive shaft Springs & shocks Front drop spindles Electric fuel pump & filter Power steering rack Front brakes Power steering, power brakes, and a 10 disk CD player ensure a pleasant driving experience. Best of all, this classic runs and drives as well as it looks. A few items of note are that the paint, although very shiny, is older and has minor imperfections that do not detract from the overall appearance of the car. In addition, although the chrome on the bumpers and grille is in very good condition, there is some pitting on the dummy spotlights and interior door handles. Additionally, there is some bubbling on the left corner of the dash board. The odometer and clock do not currently function.
