DESCRIPTIONThis "Boulevard Bruiser" swapped it's original Thunderbird 312 Y-Block for a '68 Mustangs' 390 big block FE motor. Sparks fly from a Mallory electronic ignition igniting the air/fuel mixture from a 4bbl 600cfm Holley Carb sitting on an Edelbrock Performer manifold leading to GT Heads with HD Springs, leaded seats, topped with Edelbrock Classic Valve Covers and Air Cleaner. A Chet Herbert Cam, and Mallory Balanced Crank push the gasses through custom headers, pushing dual exhaust with Cherry Bomb mufflers and out the rear. Keeping it's cool is a 4-line re-cored radiator. American Racing Torq Thrust II wheels wrapped with Firestone Firehawk rubbers burn from a C6 tranny, a B&M Quicksilver Shifter and 9inch rear. They stop with Mustang II front drop spindles and 12" disc brakes. The interior is custom fitted black tweed and leather 50/50 bench seat and "Business Coupe" rear, Paul Atkins Signature Series door and window cranks, Ididit Column and polished Lecara aluminum wheel. The dash is fitted with moon gauges. The windwing windows were removed. The exterior is painted and sanded smooth PPG Black and PPG 95 Corvette Cloisenette Blue top.
