Having grown up in the fifties and sixties my friends and I became hooked on fast cars with lots of chrome and high horsepower engines. We soon realized that the guy with the hottest car had the best looking girlfriends. (The car was the attraction, not us.) Because my parents owned two bright red Ford Galaxy convertibles I was able to drive around in nice cars, and of course attract some pretty nice girls!

Summer is on the rise and the best way to fight against dishonest buyers and sellers is to educate our clients. Please see the following tips to buying and selling online.
Beware of any buyers who do the following:
1. Buyer claims to represent a foreign client who is interested in buying your vehicle
2. Buyer offers to send a counterfeit cashier's check or money order for more money than you are asking
3. Buyer requests that you wire transfer the extra money back to him/her
Selling Tips:
1. Use only respected and reputable escrow services and shipping companies
2. If the buyer suggests an escrow service, verify that it is a legitimate company
3. Don't accept money orders or cashiers checks as payment, unless for exact amount specified.
We urge you to use caution and common sense when making online transactions. Make sure to forward any pertinent documents to fraud@traderonline.com.
